ہمیں اب کورونا کے ساتھ ہی رہنا پڑے گ- وزیراعظم عمران خان
انہوں نے نجی ٹی وی چینلز پر براہ راست احساس ٹیلی تھون پروگرام میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ دنیا بھر میں ایسی کبھی صورتحال نہیں آئی جس کا دنیا کو آج سامنا ہے،لاک ڈاؤن کی وجہ سے لوگوں کی جمع پونجی خرچ ہو رہی ہے۔حکومت نے سب سے بڑا پیکج دیا ہے، ڈاکٹر ثانیہ نے احساس پروگرام بنایا، وہ بڑا شفاف اور ڈیٹا بیس پروگرام ہے، ایک حکومت کررہی ہے، لیکن آئندہ جو وقت آرہا ہے، اس میں پوری قوم کو شرکت کرنا پڑے گی۔
میں کوشش کررہا ہوں کہ احتیاط کروں کم ہے، احتیاط سب کو کرنی چاہیے، ہمیں خوش فہمی ہوجاتی ہے کہ پاکستان میں ابھی امریکا یا یورپ کی طرح کے حالات کیوں نہیں ہوئے. میں قوم کو کہتا ہوں کہ احتیاط کریں، ایسی وائرس کبھی نہیں آئی جس تیزی سے یہ پھیلتی ہے، اس لیے ہم کوشش کررہے ہیں کہ سماجی فاصلہ اختیار کریں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ پر کبھی رحم نہیں آیا، کیونکہ جب رحمہوجائے تو پھر جیتتے نہیں، میں نے 1970ء میں سٹاک مارکیٹ میں سرمایہ کاری کی، لیکن مارکیٹ کریش کرگئی۔
یہ بہت بڑی نعمت ہے جب لوگوں کو سمجھ آجائے۔ جب انسان اللہ کی راہ میں دیتا ہے تو کبھی بھی انسان خسارے میں نہیں رہتا، اللہ کسی نہ کسی ذرائع سے انسان کو ضرور دیتا ہے۔امیری کا انسان کے بینک بیلنس سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہوتا، بلکہ امیری انسان کے اندر ہوتی ہے جو خوشی کی صورت میں ملتی ہے جب انسان اللہ کی مخلوق کی خدمت کرتے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ پتا نہیں کورونا دوچار یا چھ ماہ کب تک رہتا ہے، ہم یہ نہیں کہہ سکتے کہ لاک ڈاؤن کرنے سے کورونا ختم ہوجائے گا، ہمیں سمجھنا ہوگا کہ اب ہمیں کورونا کے ساتھ رہنا پڑے گا۔
اسمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن کی طرف جا رہے ہیں، ہم لاک ڈاؤن کرکے اتنے زیادہ لوگوں تک نہیں پہنچ سکتے، یہ جو پیسا اکٹھا کررہے ہیں اس پیسے سے مستحق لوگوں کی امداد جاری رکھیں گے، اسمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن سے ہمیں پتا چلے گا، جہاں وائرس پھیلے گا اس کو لاک ڈاؤن کردیں گے۔ امریکی صدرٹرمپ سے کل رات بات ہوئی ، وہاں بھی معیشت متاثر ہے، 40 ہزار لوگ مرگئے ہیں، ہم ملک بند کرکے کبھی بھی پورے ملک کی مدد نہیں کرسکت

وزیر اعظم کے فوکل پرسن برائے کورونا وائرس ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان کا کہنا ہے کہ اب سے کچھ دیر قبل وزیر اعظم عمران خان کا کورونا ٹیسٹ کرنے کے لیے مطلوبہ نمونہ حاصل کر لیا گیا ہے۔
ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ٹیسٹ کے نتائج آنے میں چند گھنٹے کا وقت لگتا ہے اور جیسے ہی نتائج موصول ہوں گے ان کی بابت میڈیا کو آگاہ کر دیا جائے گا۔
یاد رہے کہ منگل کو فیصل ایدھی کا کورونا وائرس کا ٹیسٹ مثبت آنے کے بعد وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان نے ٹیسٹ کرانے کا فیصلہ کیا تھا۔
وزیرِ اعظم کے فوکل پرسن برائے کورونا وائرس ڈاکٹر فیصل نے کہا تھا کہ وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان نے ایک ذمہ دار شہری کی حیثیت سے یہ فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
فیصل ایدھی اس وقت اسلام آباد میں ہیں اور اس سے پہلے وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان سے ان کی ملاقات ہوئی تھی۔ فیصل ایدھی 15 اپریل کو وزیر اعظم سے ملے تھے اور انھیں کورونا ریلیف فنڈ کے لیے رقم عطیہ کی تھی۔

کوروناوائرس کی روک تھام سے متعلق وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدارکی زیرصدارت اجلاس، صوبے میں لاک ڈاؤں میں 24 اپریل تک توسیع کا نوٹیفکیشن جلد جاری ہونے کا امکان ہے، ذرائع
پنجاب بھر میں لاک ڈاؤن میں 24 اپریل تک توسیع کا امکان ہے۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق آج کوروناوائرس کی روک تھام سے متعلق وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدارکی زیرصدارت اجلاس ہوا ہے جس میں کورکمانڈرلاہور، ڈی جی رینجرز پنجاب بھی شریک ہوئے اجلاس میں شرکا نے پنجاب میں لاک ڈاؤن میں توسیع پرغور کیا ہے۔ صوبے میں لاک ڈاؤں میں 24 اپریل تک توسیع اور اس کا نوٹیفکیشن جلد جاری ہونےکاامکان ہے۔
اجلاس میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ دفعہ 144 کی خلاف ورزی کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔ کور کمانڈر لاہور نے حفاظتی اقدامات ودیگر امور پر بھرپور تعاون کی یقین دہانی کروائی ہے۔ دوسری جانب کورونا وائرس کے باعث پنجاب کے 216 علاقے سیل کردیے گئے، پنجاب کے وزیرِ اطلاعات پنجاب فیاض الحسن چوہان نے بتایا ہے کہ صوبے کے 216 علاقے سیل کرکے انہیں ہاٹ سپاٹ ایریاز قرار دیا گیا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان کی ہدایات کے مطابق کلسٹر لاک ڈاؤن کی پالیسی پر عمل کیا جا رہا ہے۔ فیاض الحسن چوہان نے مزید بتایا ہے کہ گوجرانوالہ اور گجرات میں پہلے سے سیل کردہ 4 ایریاز کو ’ڈی سیل‘ کیا جا چکا ہے۔ ’ڈی سیل کیے گئے علاقوں کے تمام مریض صحتیاب ہو چکے ہیں۔‘ انھوں نے کہا ہے کہ جزوی اور ہدف کے مطابق لاک ڈاؤن سے معمولاتِ زندگی کو کم سے کم حد تک روکتے ہوئے کورونا کا مقابلہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔
انھوں نے آئندہ تین سے چار ہفتوں کو اہم قرار دیا ہے اور عوام سے گھروں تک محدود رہنے کی گزارش کی ہے۔ خیال رہے کہ پاکستان میں کورونا وائرس کیسز کی تعداد 5 ہزار سے تجاوز کر گئی ہے، گزشتہ 24 گھنٹوں کے دوران 254 مزید مریض رپورٹ ہوئے جبکہ 14مزید اموات سے کل تعداد 86 ہوگئی ہے جبکہ 1026 مریض صحتیاب ہونے میں کامیاب ہوگئے ہیں۔ انتقال کرنے والوں میں سندھ 28، پنجاب 19، خیبرپختونخواہ 25، گلگلت 3، بلوچستان میں1، اسلام آباد ایک مریض جاں بحق ہوا۔ تازہ اعداد وشمار کے مطابق ملک بھرمیں اب تک57 ہزار836 افراد کے ٹیسٹ کئے جا چکے ہیں۔ ٹیسٹوں کی تعداد بڑھانے سے ہی مزید کیسز رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں۔ جبکہ ملک کے مختلف شہروں میں زیر علاج کورونا وائرس کے 1026 مریض صحتیاب بھی ہوگئے ہیں۔

I would like to suggest that the authorities should ban on the purchase of cigarettes to the under age youth. In this way, we can discourage the students from this vice. The parents and the teachers of the college should also play their role in the eradication of this social and moral evil. In this way, we can deal with this problem effectively.

The birds began singing to pay homage to the hunter of the east. The mountain and the valleys bathed in the flood of light. The wind whispered to announce the birth of new activities. The blacksmith, the carpenter and the daily labourers also set to their work. The children with morning shining faces were going to their schools. They were in knots and good many grappling with one another. There was zeal and fervour all around.
About 8:52a.m., the infliction doomed upon people. It seemed that the Day of Judgment had come. It seemed that heaven and earth had changed their places. Within two minutes mocking death eclipsed life. The rule of Death overtook the reign of life. All were stunned and dumb. No one could explain what had happened. There were cries of children and wailing of the women. The darkness of gloom spread on all side once again. The life seemed feeble before intruding death. The magnitude of disaster was unaccountable. Structures of cement and concrete turned to rubble. To reckon the damage was impossible. The whole country was death pale.
After sometime, T.V. bore the news that earthquake shocks were recorded on the Richter scale. The Punjab, NWFP and Kashmir were its victims. However, it was Kashmir that suffered the most. The intensity of tremors was so great that it did give people no opportunity to seek shelter. The strangle hold of death was so strong that the strongest were the weakest before it. It was a scene of death of inferno. The houses, colleges, schools and even the hospitals reduced to debris.

ایک بار جب اس نے اپنی اہلیہ سے کہا: "عائشہ! کبھی بھی کسی محتاجی کو اپنے دروازے سے خالی ہاتھ نہ پھیرنا۔ 0 عائشہ! غریبوں سے پیار کرو ، ان کو اپنے قریب کرو اور خدا تمہیں اس کے قریب کرے گا۔" قیامت کے دن "۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ "مجھے اپنے کمزوروں میں سے ڈھونڈیں ، کیونکہ آپ کو رزق دیا گیا ہے ، یا آپ کو صرف اپنے کمزوروں کی موجودگی کی وجہ سے ہی مدد فراہم کی جاتی ہے"۔ (رحمن ، انسائیکلوپیڈیا آف سیرہ ، ص: VIII ، صفحہ 151) خداتعالیٰ مہربان ہے ، اور نبی his نے اپنے بندوں اور تمام مخلوقات کے ساتھ اپنے عقائد ، رنگ یا قومیت کے لئے احسان برتتے ہوئے اپنے کمال میں اللہ کی مثال کی تقلید کی۔ نبی said نے فرمایا: "خدا مہربان ہے اور ہر چیز میں شفقت پسند کرتا ہے" (بخاری ، 6601)۔
اس کے دل نے اپنے ساتھی میکانوں کی کرپٹ حالت اور ایک خدا کو مسترد کرنے پر اس کے دل میں درد کیا۔ قرآن مجید ان الفاظ میں اس کی گواہی دیتا ہے: "0 محمد ، شاید ، آپ خود کو غم سے دوچار کردیں گے کیونکہ لوگ یقین نہیں کرتے ہیں" (قرآن 26: 3)۔ سور Surah کہف میں ، ہم پڑھتے ہیں: "ٹھیک ہے ، 0 محمد ، ہوسکتا ہے کہ غم کے مارے آپ خود کو مار ڈالیں اگر وہ اس پیغام پر یقین نہیں کرتے ہیں۔" (قرآن 18: 6)۔ اور سور Surah فاطر کا ارشاد ہے: "لہذا آپ ان کی خاطر غم میں ڈوبی نہ جائیں۔" (قرآن: 35: 8)
اس نے تمام لوگوں کی فلاح و بہبود میں بہت دلچسپی لی اور مصیبت میں لوگوں سے بڑی شفقت کا اظہار کیا۔ حضرت محمد God نے خدا کی فضیلت کی صفات کی تقلید کی اور ان کا انسان کے لئے اعلی ترین شکل میں عملی ترجمہ کیا۔ مہربانی اللہ کی ایک صفت ہے جس کی کوئی حد نہیں ہے۔ یہ وسیع ہے اور بلا تفریق تمام چیزوں اور تمام مخلوقات کو گھیرے ہوئے ہے۔ اسی طرح آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مہربانی تھی۔ اس نے اس کو تمام مخلوقات تک توسیع دی ، متحرک اور بے جان دونوں اور بغیر کسی اقدام کے سب کو فائدہ پہنچایا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مہربانی ، قرآن کے لئے قرآنی الفاظ (قرآن 9: 128) معنی میں بہت گہرا اور جامع ہیں اور لوگوں کو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی مہربانی کی حقیقی فطرت اور وسعت بتاتے ہیں۔ نبی said نے فرمایا: "احسان کرنے کا ایک بہترین عمل یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنے والد کے دوستوں کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کے ساتھ سلوک کرے جب وہ چلا گیا" (ابو داود ، 5123)

خواتین کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کریں ، کیونکہ وہ آپ کے مددگار ہیں۔ . . . آپ کو اپنی بیویوں پر اپنے حقوق ہیں اور ان پر آپ کے حقوق ہیں۔ آپ کا حق یہ ہے کہ وہ آپ کو کسی کو اپنے بستر یا گھر میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت نہیں دیں گے ، اور ان کا حق ہے کہ آپ ان کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کریں۔ (الوداع خطبہ نبوی سے)
ایک بار متعدد خواتین نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ازواج مطہرات سے اپنے شوہروں کے ساتھ ہونے والے ناروا سلوک کی شکایت کی۔ یہ سن کر رسول اللہ. نے فرمایا: "تم میں سے ایسے لوگ اچھے آدمی نہیں ہیں۔" (ابوداؤد ، 1834) خود نبی by کی طرف سے یہ مذمت اس بات کا اشارہ ہے کہ خدا کے حضور کسی کو قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا جس نے زمین پر رہتے ہوئے عورتوں کے ساتھ بدتمیزی کا فیصلہ کیا تھا۔ ایک اور شخص نے نبی سے کہا: "اللہ کے رسول! میرے رشتے دار ایسے ہیں کہ اگرچہ میں ان سے تعاون کرتا ہوں ، لیکن انہوں نے مجھے چھوڑ دیا ، میں ان کے ساتھ مہربان ہوں لیکن انہوں نے میرے ساتھ بد سلوکی کی۔" نبی. نے اس کے جواب میں کہا: "جب تک تم جتنے بھی قائم رہو گے خدا ہمیشہ تمہاری مدد کرے گا اور وہ تمہیں ان کے فساد سے بچائے گا" (مسلم ، 4640)۔ یہ نہ صرف پریشان شخص کے ذہن کو راحت پہنچانے کا ایک طریقہ تھا بلکہ پیغمبر کی ایک بات چیت کی تکنیک میں یہ یقین دلانا تھا کہ اس صورتحال میں خود کو کبھی بھی تسلی ملی کہ وہ اطمینان بخش اور سلامت رہے گا۔ لہذا اس قسم کی قسمت سے دوچار اس قسم کے لوگوں سے انتقام کی تبلیغ کرنا بے معنی تھا۔ درحقیقت ، حضرت محمد Muhammad کسی قابل صلاح کار سے کم نہیں تھے۔

جانوروں ، پرندوں اور کیڑوں پر اس کی مہربانی کے بارے میں بہت سی احادیث ہیں: "خدا نے ہر چیز پر احسان کیا ہے so لہذا جب تم کسی جانور کو ذبح کرتے ہو تو اسے اچھی طرح ذبح کرو جب تم قربانی کرو گے تو اپنی قربانی کو اچھا بناؤ۔ اور ہر ایک اپنے ہتھیار کو تیز کردے اور اسے بنائے۔ اپنے قربانی والے جانور کے لئے آسان "" (مسلم ، 5055)۔ اس نے انسانوں اور جانوروں دونوں سے اپنی محبت کا مظاہرہ کرنے کے لئے اس طرح کا بیان دیا ہے۔ خلاصہ یہ کہ حضرت محمد اپنے پیروکاروں کو یکساں طور پر دکھا رہے تھے کہ انہیں بھی تکلیف ہو رہی ہے۔
